Outlook Autocomplete issue
There is a bug in the latest release of Office updates which causes an issue with the Autocomplete when entering a name in the To, cc or bcc fields which comes up similar to the following image.
The only current work around is to roll back to a previous version of the software.
To do roll back use the following steps:
- Close all open Microsoft Office Windows
- Open a Command Prompt window as an Administrator
- Copy and Paste the following; "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462
- Wait for the update to complete and open Outlook. The Autocomplete will now look as it previously did
There should be a fix for this coming from Microsoft in a few weeks.
